These terms govern the rights and obligations between Hematiq and its customers for all online sales made through our website.

Order Cancellation After Confirmation & Shipment Preparation

Once an order is completed, it is automatically processed by our logistics team. Requests for modifications or cancellations made afterward may incur operational costs, especially if the package has already been prepared or handed to the carrier.

In the event of cancellation after the preparation phase, Hematiq reserves the right to withhold a flat fee of $5.90 to cover external logistics costs.

This rule applies only to orders that can no longer be stopped in time or that required manual interventions (e.g., address correction).

📦 Cancellation After Confirmation and Shipping Start
Once confirmed, the order is processed within 2 hours to ensure fast delivery. After this period, cancellation or withdrawal is no longer possible as the shipping process has already begun.

In these cases, Hematiq reserves the right to deliver the order as planned and accept potential returns only under our return policy.

📝 All preparation and shipping phases (tracking number, delivery time, etc.) are documented and available upon request.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing the order.

If a package is returned due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address,
the recipient being unavailable for an extended period,

no automatic refund will be issued.

We offer reshipment (to the same or new address) upon payment of additional shipping fees. Refunds are not available in these cases.
